ENGIE Solutions’s approach to delivering these services uses predominantly in-house resources managed by a centralized management and engineering team. By taking this approach, we are able to provide a cost efficient solution to our client, whilst delivering services that fully comply to local authority standards. ENGIE Solutions already has a proven track record with Aldar Properties Infrastructure projects at Yas Island and Shams Al Reem Island for successfully delivering O&M services, with the added benefit of being able to assist our client with the final handover of utilities to local authorities, something that greatly reduces O&M costs for a major developer such as Aldar Properties.
The contract includes infrastructure operation and maintenance of all public assets including potable water, irrigation, storm and sewerage networks and their respective pump stations and reservoirs, HV/LV power networks, street lighting, landscape lighting and traffic signals. Services also include operations and maintenance of the roads network, canal marine facilities, beaches, landscaping, pedestrian bridges, security management services, site offices and welfare facilities maintenance.
